Throughout my culinary career, I always believed the first sense that we eat with is sight. Therefore, I made plate design and aesthetic a priority in my dishes.
Bread Stencil
Culinary school baking class. Stencil was drawn and cut freehand, dusted with flour over a raw loaf of bread dough, then baked. Final product. 2014
